Terms of service

JS Industries — Terms of Service Effective Date: January 17, 2026

1. Service Description JS Industries provides remote BMW coding and programming services including software modifications and feature activations, diagnostic troubleshooting, retrofit coding, performance enhancements, and appointment-based technical support.

2. Customer Equipment Requirements The customer is solely responsible for providing the following before any session begins:

  • A compatible BMW diagnostic interface (wired ENET to OBD2 cable — BMW-specific, not generic)
  • A computer running Windows 10 or Windows 11 with administrator privileges
  • A stable high-speed internet connection
  • A BMW with a functioning OBD port
  • A fully charged battery or an active battery charger connected during the session
  • The ability to follow technical instructions throughout the session

⚠️ No refunds will be provided if services cannot be completed due to the customer's failure to provide compatible equipment, a stable internet connection, or the ability to follow instructions.

3. Payment Terms Payment in full is required before any work is performed. Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Cash, and PayPal. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. No chargebacks are permitted after service has been delivered.

4. Refund Policy Refunds will be issued when JS Industries is unable to complete the service due to a technical issue on our end.

Refunds will not be issued for: incompatible or missing customer equipment; inadequate or unstable internet connection; customer inability to follow instructions; vehicle hardware incompatibilities; cancellations for any reason; or services that were successfully completed as described.

M Dashboard orders require physical module fabrication. A 15% restocking fee applies to all M Dashboard refund requests, as production begins immediately upon order placement and materials and labor cannot be recovered once the module is in progress.

5. Service Limitations

  • Customers must provide accurate VIN and vehicle information prior to service
  • Not all features are available for all BMW models and model years
  • JS Industries is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle issues discovered during or after service

6. Liability Disclaimer All services are provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JS Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages; loss of data or vehicle functionality; or any damages exceeding the total amount paid by the customer for the applicable service.

7. Data Privacy Vehicle diagnostic data may be temporarily accessed during the service session. Customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Customers may request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting us directly.

8. Governing Terms By placing an order or booking a service with JS Industries, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety.
