JS Industries — Shipping Policy Effective Date: January 17, 2026

Overview The majority of JS Industries' services are delivered remotely via a live coding session — no physical shipment is required. However, certain services such as M Dashboard upgrades require a custom-fabricated module to be physically shipped to the customer.

Digital Services (No Shipping Required) All standard BMW coding and programming services are completed remotely. Once payment is confirmed and an appointment is scheduled, no physical item will be shipped. Service is delivered entirely through a remote session.

M Dashboard Module Orders M Dashboard services require a custom module to be built and shipped to you before the coding session can take place. The following shipping terms apply:

  • Processing Time: Module fabrication begins immediately after your order is placed. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
  • Shipping Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Origin: Orders ship from Florida, United States.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Expedited options may be available upon request — contact us before ordering.
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your module arrives damaged, contact us at inquiries@js-industries.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your package is lost in transit, please file a claim through the Lost Package Claim form on our website. We will investigate with the carrier and follow up within 2–3 business days.

Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. JS Industries is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Shipping JS Industries ships M Dashboard modules worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country upon delivery. JS Industries is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Remote coding services are available internationally provided the customer meets all equipment requirements.
