Refund policy
JS Industries — Return and Refund Policy Effective Date: January 17, 2026
Overview JS Industries provides remote BMW coding and programming services. Due to the digital and custom nature of our work, our refund policy reflects the specific circumstances under which services are delivered.
Eligible Refunds A full refund will be issued if:
- JS Industries is unable to complete the service due to a technical issue on our end
Non-Refundable Situations No refund will be issued for:
- Incompatible or missing customer equipment (e.g., wrong cable, unsupported interface)
- Inadequate or unstable internet connection during the session
- Customer inability to follow technical instructions
- Vehicle hardware incompatibilities not disclosed prior to service
- Cancellations for any reason after the module has already been shipped
- Services that were successfully completed as described
M Dashboard Orders — Restocking Fee M Dashboard services require us to physically fabricate a custom module. Because production begins immediately and takes us 3-7 days to make upon order placement, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund requested on M Dashboard orders. This fee covers the cost of materials and labor already invested at the time of cancellation.
Equipment Requirement Notice Customers are responsible for having the required equipment before booking — including a BMW-specific ENET OBD2 connector and a Windows 10/11 laptop with administrator privileges. Failure to provide compatible equipment is not grounds for a refund.
